Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- I’ll never forget the time a little six year old boy said to me, “I’ve noticed you have big muscles, have you had plastic surgery?” My answer to him was “No, these muscles are just from eating vegetables!” He seemed impressed! I love being a role model to children and teaching them how to live a healthy lifestyle!

How did you get interested in sports?
- I’ve loved sports for as long as I can remember. I started with football and swimming, my parents encouraged me from a very young age. Sports became something we did together as a family; I loved joining my dad to watch matches and fixtures. My passion for sport has evolved and it’s about so much more than ‘fitness’. I believe that by having a healthy body you keep a healthy mind. Sport is a great way to participate in the community, actually, I especially love the social aspects. And it teaches personal discipline, my mantra: “persistence leads to results”, keep practising and trying and see the results!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I bet you can guess! I lift weights, go swimming, work on my diving, experiment with my gym work, play sport and socialise with friends - and I’m involved in a few different charities. I love talking to and encouraging sixth formers, and like most people, I love to travel and experience different cultures! And I’m pretty nifty in the kitchen too, experimenting with healthy, nutritious cooking!

What can't you live without?
- I live for sports, socialising and protein!!

Where have you lived?
- I’ve lived in Surrey, Chichester and America – and I’ve loved traveling around Mauritius, Reunion Island, Spain, Turkey, Greece, France, St Lucia, Dubai and Holland.

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- When a child brought a bird - a pretend bird - to each station in the gym. Her imagination was so vivid and she was so sincere. I love how the children are absorbed by the imaginative element within the gym. The don't realise how quickly they are acquiring physical and cognitive skills, all while having fun imagining and exploring.

How did you get interested in sports?
- My Dad always inspired me - we ran and played tennis together at any opportunity. I immersed myself in sport in school and always wanted to pursue a career in sport as a result.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- Sport, sport, sport. I love running, hiking, walking, climbing... getting outdoors as much as I can. I also love the cinema, seeing friends and family. I travel to France often to see my friends and family but also enjoy exploring England and Australia.

What can't you live without?
- Fresh air and the great outdoors. I love travelling and meeting new people from all corners of the world and from all walks of life.

Where have you lived?
- I've spent most my life living just outside of Paris, but a few years ago I took a one year solo trip to Thailand and Australia. I loved seeing the Outback, meeting fellow travellers and local residents. I spent a year exploring Australia and now I'm spreading my wings from Europe and have embarked on life in the UK.
