Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- My favourite Little Gym story is hosting fantastic, animated parties on a Sunday. Each party is so different; every child learns new skills through each of the stations and has a great time. I look forward to creating exciting memories at The Little Gym Cobham.

How did you get interested in sports?
- As a child I was very sporty. I did different sports each day after school. My main sport as a child was football, horse riding, cricket, dance and gymnastics. As I got older I decided to dedicate myself to dance. I went many competitions and performed in many different shows. I taught many different styles of dance to a variety of age groups. I am now a trained dancer and choreographer, having just graduated for Roehampton University in London.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I like to run in my spare time to get some chocolate from the shop and return to the sofa. I love to watch football matches at St James Park to support my team Newcastle United. I especially love to socialize with my friends and Junk Yard Golf.

What can't you live without?
- I can not live without chocolate.

Where have you lived?
- I have always lives in Ascot, Berkshire right next to the Racecourse.

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- One day we were playing a game where the children had to run up the wall (on a mat) and stick a foam disk as high as they could. The children were surprised at how high the teachers leapt and were determined to place it higher. They used their teamwork to create a ladder and climbed up and ‘technically’ reached a higher place on the wall. This not only impressed me but made me laugh.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I used to do a lot of gymnastics and dance as a child. In terms of fitness I have always loved swimming and running, I used to swim every day. I love spending time at the gym, it allows me to get into my own zone and unwind. I always like to take part in various sports when I’m on holiday such as volleyball, dodgeball, basketball, golf, darts etc…

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I love to keep up-to-date with films at the cinema. I love to get lost in a book! I’m currently reading ‘Into the water’ by Paula Hawkins. I love to travel to different places and countries. I love socializing with my friends.

What can't you live without?
- I couldn’t live without music, my phone and my oyster card.

Where have you lived?
- I have always lived near Wimbledon but I’m looking to move out soon!

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- My favourite memories so far at the gym is how rewarding it feels when a child achieves a new skill for the first time completely by themselves. I love seeing the thrill and excitement on their faces when they realise what they have accomplished - it is a privilege to be able to experience this so often.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I was an insanely active and flexible child, so I began taking local gymnastics classes for about two years. However, after stopping, I still continued to practice skills and teach myself new ones wherever there was a space big enough. At secondary school I joined a cheerleading squad and immediately became addicted. The thrill, excitement and performance aspects of the sport helped me gain confidence and leadership skills.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- Being inspired by gymnastics and cheerleading, I qualified as a level 1 and 2 coach and now coach the teams at the first squad I joined, which I love. I also still compete for our Senior Level 3 team as well as this. Other than this, I love exercising as often as I can, seeing my friends and family and reading if I have time.

What can't you live without?
- I listen to music all day every day so definitely wouldn't be able to function without it. I also wouldn't be able to give up fruit, sports and any excuse to be not so serious!

Where have you lived?
- I have only lived in Weybridge, Surrey. I have visited some other cool countries but only for holidays.

- I love every moment I spend at the little gym. One of the best memories that come to mind is when we were playing a game of sticking a disc to the wall (as high as they could) . The children loved playing the game and it was nice to see that the children had goals that they wanted to achieve.

How did you get interested in sports?
- It’s a looooooong story. I started gymnastics in Romania when I was 3 years old and I did more than 18 years. I have competed all over the world. My team and I won the European Championship and I came 2nd in the World Games.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I love helping all kinds of people with their diet. I aid them in choosing the right nutritional foods groups to ensure they are getting the best out of their day.  I love to go to the gym daily, I enjoy running around the park in the mornings and having a smoothie and eggs after my run. For more information do not hesitate to give me a call on 077…….. ????

What can't you live without?

- Because of my background in sports, I used to travel a lot and live over the world. My favourite place to live is the United Kingdom.

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- My favourite moment so far was while running an amazing circus party! I immersed myself entirely in the theme and absolutely loved re-creating this for all the children and the parents watching.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I have been in sports all my life, literally from the tender age of 4 months.  I began attending baby gymnastics classes - just like the The Little Gym Bugs class - with my parents.  I remained at the same gym club until I was 17! My nan inspired my sporting interest and was like a human jumping bean.  She participated in every sport imaginable and would always have a skipping rope to hand and a pogo stick close by!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I love to practice gymnastics and yoga, walk my dogs, explore outdoors, visit the cinema, decorate, treat my cousins to outings, do DIY, organise my home and watch plenty of Netflix!

What can't you live without?
- I can't live without glitter, sparkles and marble! I love capturing children's imaginations by empathising with them - particularly the timid ones. I love making people laugh!

Where have you lived?
- I was born and bred in sunny Sunbury! I travelled broadly while my dad worked in the film industry, but I'm a home girl at heart and I really love my home!
